As we near the end of November and the start of the holiday season, FMG hopes you had the very best Thanksgiving and that this time of year is bringing you goodness. 🦃🙂💚
FMG was able to spend Thanksgiving with our families and good friends. And while FMG is never not working (the power of a three-person team 💪💪💪), we were thankful we all got to have a little time to rest and recharge as we roll into the last month of 2022. We are ready to finish the year strong for our people! 💪💪💪

FMG changed just a smidge this year by adding a third partner to our team. 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ That has challenged us to set new business goals, systems and processes, and new ways of thinking. 🤔🤔🤔
We’ve stayed the course and we are so proud of how our 2022 has rolled out, and we couldn’t be more excited as we plan for our 2023🤩🤩🤩. While our business numbers, volume, transactions, etc are very important to us—the size of our family is what really drives us. 👨👩👧👦👩👧👨👩👦👨👨👦👦👩👩👧👦👨👧👦

Now, onto something that we can all be very grateful for (at least today)…..rates have chilled some! Per our loan guy Tanner Garver with Fairway Mortgage, his rate for a 30 year mortgage today is at 6.5%. Other lending sources are quoting the same. It went down (a smidge)! ⬇️📉🤓
Remember—the market always shifts at some point. This has just been a bit of a shift the last few months. There’s pros and cons to any market, and we’d love to tell why buying and/or selling right now is still a great thing to do! ➕ ➖ 👍
