Mid-January and here we are! 2023 is rolling!
This time of year puts “freshening things up” on FMG’s brains. We go through our systems and processes and make sure all is up to date for us and our people.
One of those amazing systems is our FMG Buyer Home Search tool. Many of you know what we are referencing here, as we have a bunch of these rolling for our people. We are working on bringing our current searches up to 2023 needs, and wanted to touch base with you all about this.
Whether buying is on your radar now, later, or it’s even just a minor thought—this is an easy way FMG can help you! We’d be happy to set up an FMG auto search for you to help you know when it might be the right time for you to consider a move.
All you need to do….
- Email us back and let us know you’d like one of these searches set up for you!
- We will ask you a few criteria questions and then put that FMG search in place.
- Our home search will be automated and it will send you listings with your requested criteria as soon as they come on the market.
- It’s also a live search so as ones on your list go pending, they will go off your list.
