It's 2023! Wow wow wow!! FMG is ready!! How did you celebrate New Year's Eve? Quietly? Loudly?.....
Sandy and her family loudly rang it in by cheering on her Iowa Hawks with her Iowa family, and then celebrating a belated extended family Christmas. Terry and Angie and their families spent part of the day together loudly cheering on their KState Wildcats, and then making sure some of their special folks got to and from places safely. We are all grateful for another successful, fun, and safe New Year's Eve. We hope this finds you being able to say the same.

And now a mortgage rate update from our amazing lender partner Tanner Garver with Fairway Mortgage!
Per Tanner.....mortgage rates have held steady since the year started. They are down over 1% from the highs in November. Current conventional 30 year mortgage rates are at 6.25% and 15 year mortgage rates are at 5.625%. The Mortgage Banker’s Association is predicting rates will be in the low 5’s by the end of 2023. Right now is an opportune time to start looking, as demand will continue to increase as the rates lower. Give Tanner a shout or a text at 913.961.9943 for more info!
