It’s the second week of December!🎄☃️😳 FMG hopes this holiday season is bringing goodness to you in big or little ways, and we hope you are stressing less and enjoying more. ⬇️⬆️🤗
We are sure trying to follow that advice as well! FMG has seven kids (🙎🏻♂️🙎🏼♂️👩🏻👩🏼🙎🏼♂️👩🏻🙎🏻♂️) between all three of us which makes for holiday craziness, so we took an evening last week to SLOW DOWN. We enjoyed the gorgeous Kansas City holiday lights 🎄🎄, and treated ourselves and our spouses to a really nice dinner out at The Town Company inside Hotel Kansas City 🎩. Wow‼️ Did we feel special‼️ If you’ve not been—save your quarters and go 💵. FMG is grateful we did 🤗.

FMG (so far) this month has helped TWO first-time buyers meet their home ownership goals ✅✅. Yes, rates are higher than they were a few months ago, but pricing has leveled out ⚖️. And—our buyers are finally able to breathe again as FMG guides them through their important decisions. 😮💨🤓
6 months ago scenario: (yes, rates were great, but…..) racing to see a house, multiple showings happening at the same time, quickly having to put creative offer terms together, finding out house went pending 10 minutes ago…….(while FMG still got folks into homes)........BOO. 👎👎👎
Current scenario: (yes, rates are up some, but…..) slowly deciding when to see a house, being able to show the house privately and taking our time, taking a day or two or THREE to really think it all through, making offer, fairly negotiating with the seller, and reaching a deal……..WIN WIN. 👍👍👍
And whether you’re a first-time or fifth-time buyer, it’s a great time to buy (and sell!)! 📣📣📣
